Hatters v Pompey

Post by Earl Grey »

A pretty predictable team from Cookie given Chappers is suspended.
Smudger gets the nod over Hunt to lead the team but both have scored recently so I'm guessing Cook sees Smith as more of a physical presence.
Rose's recently improved form keeps him his spot over Linganzi.
C'mon Pompey!!!

1 Forde
26 Evans
6 Burgess
5 Clarke
3 Stevens
8 Doyle
4 Rose
23 Bennett
11 Roberts
7 Baker
9 Smith

Substitutes
10 Lalkovic
13 O'Brien
16 Whatmough
20 Hunt
22 Naismith
24 Linganzi
25 Talbot

Second attack in the net but disallowed for offside. Not sounding good for Pompey.

Evans sounding like he's having a bit of a mare, and already been booked.

Plymouth 2 down at home. They often collapse just before Christmas. Maybe their bubble has burst.

I was thinking the same, they have been shipping goals lately, perhaps this is the start of their wobble, if it is we should capitalise.

Feels like momentum is going Luton's way. Pompey trying to play on the counter. This does not bode well.
